Convenient Self-Management Features of Reminder FLEX:
Snooze (Short-interval Repeat)
Alerts can be repeated every minute to several hours. For example, by setting a snooze to go off every 5 minutes to prevent forgetting medication, even if you miss the first alert, it will continue to sound every 5 minutes, ensuring you notice and take your medicine. Combining this with the Repeat function allows you to automate this daily.
- You can specify the interval in minutes and the total number of alerts.
- 1-Tap Reschedule: How to Use the Snooze Feature
- Wanting to repeat alerts at specific time intervals
- How to stop the snooze
Repeat
You can repeat alarms/notifications daily, every 1-5 days (or every 2-6 days), every weekday, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, on a specific day of the month (1st/2nd/3rd/4th specified day of the week), yearly, or on a specific day of a specific month annually. For example, if you want to check your bank balance on the 20th of every month, setting a monthly repeat will alert you on the 20th of every month. It is ideal for birthdays, routine work, medication, and other recurring schedules.
Automatic Month-End Adjustment
For instance, if a reminder is set to repeat on the 31st of every month, after the January 31st alert, it will automatically adjust to ring on February 28th and then correctly return to the 31st for March.
Notify me in advance (Early alerts)
Prevents forgetfulness by notifying or reading aloud several days in advance, such as “In 5 days: 〇〇’s Birthday.” Since you can notice early, you have plenty of time to prepare gifts or arrangements.
- Countdown is possible (3 days, 2 days, 1 day before).
- Combining with Repeat ensures you are notified in advance every month or year.
- Advance notifications can be set from 2 weeks to 5 minutes prior.
Simultaneous Use of Snooze, Repeat, and Advance Notice
“Advance Notice,” “Snooze,” and “Repeat” can all be set simultaneously for a single reminder. You can flexibly configure alerts to ensure you never forget your schedule.
To-Do List
The reminder list functions as a checklist. By checking ✅ once a task is finished, the reminder automatically moves to its next repeat date.
Bulk Changes for Shifts
For irregular schedules like work shifts, you can select multiple tasks by sliding your finger over them and change the date/time to the next working day all at once.
Character Praise Feature
When you mark a task as completed ✔, a character appears to offer a word of appreciation. This helps maintain motivation for daily routines.
“Days Remaining” (Minutes Remaining) Display
The checklist itself shows how many days are left, making schedule management easy.
– For tasks on the current or following day, a countdown of hours and minutes is also displayed.
Selectable Date Formats (Including Japanese Era)
Both Western and Japanese era (Reiwa) formats are available for date display.
Simple international date formats are also selectable.
Selectable Time Formats
You can choose between 12-hour (1:00 PM) and 24-hour (23:00) formats.
History Logs / Diary to Track Activity
Completed tasks are saved in the history. Since you can add notes or diary entries—such as “Gave 5ml of fertilizer today”—you can look back and check even if you forget when or how much fertilizer you applied previously.
Choose Alert Method: Notification, Alarm, or Voice
Choose between Alarm, Notification, or Text-to-Speech for each reminder. Use “Notification” for a simple chime. Use “Voice Reading” for spoken alerts like “It’s time for your medicine” (also useful as a time signal). For important schedules, you can use “Alarm” to play a melody for a set duration.

Detailed settings, such as whether to sound during “Do Not Disturb,” are also available.

Automatic Time Zone and Daylight Saving Adjustment
For those who travel or stay abroad, the reminder time automatically compensates for time zone differences and alerts you at the local time. It also adjusts automatically for Daylight Saving Time to ensure you are notified correctly.
Automatic/Manual Backup
Manual and automatic backups are available to your device’s download folder or Google Drive. Setting up periodic backups to Google Drive provides peace of mind for device upgrades or unexpected data loss.

🙆 Safe from Sudden Ad Audio
Have you ever been startled by a video ad playing at high volume while using an app in a hospital waiting room, train, or office? In this app, video ads never start unless you are playing a game within the game page. We clearly warn users that sound may play during gameplay, so you can lower the volume in advance. Since there are no audio-playing ads outside of games, you can check your list and manage your schedule comfortably and safely in any location or situation.
