If you want the app to read aloud twice, like “Take medicines, Take medicines” you can do it in the following ways depending on whether you use PRO or Free.
For Paid PRO version (Ver.23 and later)
This feature is available starting from app Ver.23. (Gradually rolling out after 5th September)
When you turn on the switch,
it will read aloud twice, like: “Take medicines (0.5-second pause) Take medicines”.
* When using “Read aloud twice,” “Read memo aloud,” or if the text exceeds 16 characters, a full-screen stop button will automatically appear on the lock screen.
Other ways to stop reading aloud midway
For Free users
Method 1: Simply set the reminder title to *“Take medicines. Take medicines.” and it will be read aloud as written.
Method 2: Set the title to “It’s time for your medicine.” and then duplicate the reminder. This way, two reminders will be read aloud in sequence at the same time, creating a repeated effect.
(Two reminders with the same title will appear in the list, but if that bothers you, you can hide one or both from the list.)

Is there a way to stop the reading voice midway?
Up to app Ver.22.9
You can stop it by tapping the “Stop Reading” button that appears in the notification drawer.
Tapping the notification itself to open the app will also stop it.
From app Ver.23 onward, you can stop reading aloud using the following methods:
※ When using “Read aloud twice,” “Read memo aloud,” or if the text exceeds 16 characters, a full-screen stop button will automatically appear on the lock screen.
While the full-screen stop button is displayed, you can also stop reading by pressing the volume buttons.
If you want the full-screen stop button to always be displayed on the lock screen, you can enable it in the settings.
By turning on “Stop button that cannot be swiped away”, even if you accidentally swipe away the notification, a stop button will remain at the top of the screen so you can instantly stop the reading.
From Ver.23 onward, in general, reading can also be stopped such as tapping the Done ✔ button.
