How to send a backup file saved on your device by email.
After saving the backup to the Downloads folder, open a file explorer app such as My Files.
Open Downloads > PhotoBP_Backup / ReminderFLEXBackup and select the file you want to send.
Tap Share and open your email app.
The file will be attached. Send it to your own address to complete the process.
