Due to stricter Google Play Health Connect policies, syncing “Blood Glucose” and “Oxygen Saturation” via Health Connect will no longer be supported starting from app ver.14.3.
Options for users currently syncing Blood Glucose and Oxygen Saturation via Health Connect
If you wish to continue syncing Blood Glucose and Oxygen Saturation via Health Connect
Please go to this app’s page in the Google Play Store, disable “Enable auto-update”, and continue using version 14.2 or earlier.
You can access the Google Play Store through the settings within the app.
Please uncheck the box for “Enable auto-update.”
*Note: While this method currently works, please be aware that it may stop functioning in the future due to potential specification changes by Google Play.
Update the app and record data manually from now on
If you update to version 14.3 or later, blood glucose and oxygen saturation data can no longer be retrieved via Health Connect. You will need to record these values manually (or via voice input) in the future.
Why will blood glucose and oxygen saturation retrieval be discontinued?
This is because Google has tightened its Health Connect usage policies. It was determined that the relationship between this blood pressure tracking app and blood glucose/oxygen saturation data was not strong enough, and as a result, access to these data types via Health Connect is no longer permitted.
When is version 14.3 scheduled for release?
Version 14.3, which will no longer support blood glucose syncing via Health Connect, is scheduled for release after Feb 20, 2026.
If you wish to continue syncing your data, please make sure to turn OFF the app’s auto-update feature before then.
