I want TTS to speak twice

For example, if you want Text-to-speech to speak twice like “Meds time. Meds time.”. There are 2 ways to achieve this.

1. Just make Reminder title “Meds time. Meds time.”
2. Just “Clone” Reminder (alert times are exactly same). Then it will speak both on the same time (So it will speak twice). You don’t like 2 same titles on the list? You can hide them!
