This is a guide for when photos do not appear while viewing past records.
After tapping the photo search icon,
tap the “Open” button at the bottom of the screen to open the folder selection screen.
In the folder selection screen, go to:
Pictures > PhotoBP folder
Inside the PhotoBP folder, tap “Use this folder.”
If asked for access permission, please tap “Allow.”
While the app is searching for the original photo, the photo icon will blink.
(Searching may take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes.)
Keep the screen open and wait. Once the photo is found, it will appear.
From next time onward, the photo will display instantly with no waiting time.
If the photo cannot be found during the search, a blank area will be shown.
If the photo doesn’t appear after searching
If the photo icon blinks but nothing appears:
- The original photo has already been deleted
- You need to manually reassign the image based on the file name
1. The original photo has already been deleted
The most common reason for the photo not appearing is that the original file was already deleted.
If the image was deleted or its file name was changed, it will no longer display.
2. Manually reassign using the photo file name
Tap the entry to see the original file name of the photo.
If the photo still won’t display, please manually search for the file using the file name and date as reference, and reassign the image.
