“I measured my blood pressure before going to bed, but it was already past midnight!💦”
If you want measurements taken after midnight to always be shown as nighttime measurements, follow these steps:
Go to “Settings” → “Morning/Night average time and after-midnight settings”
Check “Treat measurements taken after midnight as the previous night’s readings”,
and tap “Save.”
After this, any measurement taken between midnight and the start time of your morning average (in the example above, before 5:00 a.m.) will always be displayed in the list as a nighttime measurement and included in the nighttime average.
As shown here, a reading taken at 3:01 a.m. will be added to the nighttime average.
Any past data that falls within this late-night window will also be automatically reassigned to the nighttime average.
If you uncheck “Treat as the previous night’s readings” and save, it will revert to the original display.
Adjust the time ranges included in morning and night averages
If you don’t want midday readings to be part of either the morning or night averages,
you can customize which hours are included in the morning average and night average.
In the example above, measurements taken between 10:00 a.m. and 6:59 p.m. are not included in either the morning or night averages (they are counted only in the daily average).
