Records imported from Health Connect is not showing in the list.

If the information imported from Health Connect is not showing in the list or calendar, or if the values seem incorrect, here’s how to fix it.

1. If there is a certain period with no measurements, older records will not be displayed

If there are consecutive days without any measurements for a certain period, the app will stop importing records older than that period.

For example, let’s say you are importing “body temperature” data.
If you have not taken any measurements for the past two weeks, the app will determine that there are no records, and any records older than two weeks will not be imported.

In this case, go to the exporting app (such as Google Fit) and manually add at least one record in the period where there is a gap longer than two weeks.
After doing so, importing again will allow older records to be imported.

Import stops if there are more consecutive days without records than this
Blood pressure and pulse100 days (Ver.12.1 or later)

Example: Today is August 15. The most recent body temperature record is from August 1. (In this case, there have been 14 consecutive days without measurements, so no data will be imported.)

Solution: In the exporting app (such as Google Fit), manually add a body temperature record for August 5.
Then, when you import again, there will no longer be a 14-day consecutive gap, so the records will be imported.

 

Q: What if I want to import old blood pressure records from more than 100 days ago that were recorded in another app?

A: If there is no gap of 100 days or more between the start date of records in this app and the end date of records in the other app, you can first export both blood pressure and pulse records from this app, then import the blood pressure records again. In this way, even records from over 100 days ago can be imported, up to a maximum of three years from the current date.

2. Recalculate Averages

If the information imported from Health Connect is not showing in the list or calendar, or if the values seem incorrect, please tap “Recalculate Averages” on the settings page.

3. Turning ON “List entries with other measurements, even on days without BP record”

Also, for custom items, try turning ON “List entries with other measurements, even on days without BP record”
